We were able to manufacture two new intensive transport trolleys for our Dutch customer RAVU Ambulancezorg Utrecht. The basic vehicle for these special vehicles is a chassis based on a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 519 CDI with a wheelbase of 4,325 mm.

Intensive care patients can be safely and comfortably loaded and unloaded via a loading board at the rear of the vehicle, both in the intensive bed and on a stretcher.

For the best possible protection and increase of safety, these special vehicles have an integrated special optical signal system.

The requirements for intensive transport are complex. Therefore, both the equipment and the medical equipment carried goes far beyond the usual level of an ambulance.



In order to be as flexible as possible, both vehicles are prepared to transport either a stretcher or an intensive bed. In addition to the corresponding ground fixations, recessed seated belt brackets in the floor group provide additional safety.

In the patient room there are connection options for all common medical and technical devices. Particular emphasis is placed on the design of ergonomic working conditions and safe accommodation of equipment for the implementation of intensive medical measures during transport in and outside the vehicle.
